• We provide reliable and current information about immigration laws but cannot anticipate future changes in these laws.

• Clients must respond promptly to requests for information or documents. Delays due to client negligence in providing required details will not be the responsibility of Varun Consultants.

• Clients must be proficient in English or French, as required by the specific bands of the IELTS or TEF tests. Clients are also required to acknowledge any changes made by the relevant authorities regarding required tests during the visa application process.

• Clients are fully responsible for the results of their IELTS or other required tests. Varun Consultants will not be held responsible for test results or exam-related issues.

• We will not proceed with the application or move to the next stage until all fees due to Varun Consultants are paid in full. We are not liable to provide the application number until the result is received. However, we can provide a screenshot of the application every fifteen days upon request.

• Clients must pay the installment amount for Positive Skill Assessment within 10 days of receiving the result. Failure to do so may result in the closure of the process, and reopening the case will incur an additional fee of Rs. 15,000 plus applicable taxes.

• Varun Consultants has no control over the final decision regarding the application after submission to the relevant department. We are not liable for any revocation of the application or related issues.

• Once an application is submitted, we are not responsible for any changes in immigration laws that might affect the application or for any losses incurred due to such changes.

• We are committed to providing sound advice on all aspects of the application process. If you choose to disregard our advice, you must provide written acknowledgment of this decision.

• Clients must agree that Varun Consultants will handle all communications with relevant authorities. Clients or their representatives are not permitted to contact these authorities directly.

• All documentation and information provided to Varun Consultants must be accurate. Clients agree to compensate Varun Consultants for any losses resulting from false information, including legal costs incurred due to wrongful information.

• Clients must provide all required personal, educational, and work-related details promptly to ensure the successful processing of their visa application.

• Varun Consultants is not responsible for any delays in the visa process caused by the Australian Government. However, we guarantee that we will prepare, process, and manage the application as quickly and accurately as possible.

• The information on our website is subject to change, and we are not liable for any damage resulting from these changes. The information provided should be used as general advice and does not constitute a consultancy relationship until you contact us directly.
