Cancellation Policy

In the event of an order cancellation with Varun Consultants, the full amount paid will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if Varun Consultants rejects an application due to it not meeting the qualification criteria.

• No Refunds will be given for negative skill assessments, visa refusals, negative verifications from employers, or any false or misleading documents provided by the client.
• No Refunds will be provided if the application is withdrawn after the checklist has been released and intellectual property has been shared.
• Clients are required to pay the balance of the fees within the specified timeframe. A receipt will be issued on the same day of payment.
• Application fees payable by the client are subject to change by the relevant authorities. Clients will be notified if such changes occur.
• Refunds on professional fees will not apply if the application is rejected due to reasons beyond Varun Consultants’ control, including issues outlined in the policy.
• Professional fees refunds will not apply if the skills, state/territory, or visa application is rejected due to false documentation or statements provided by the client. In such cases, Varun Consultants will retain 100% of the fees paid.
• Refunds will not apply if the application is rejected due to undisclosed medical conditions affecting a migrating family member, or previous/pending criminal convictions. Varun Consultants reserves the right to terminate the contract if such information was withheld before the commencement of services.
• Refunds will not apply if the application cannot proceed due to changes in migration law or personal circumstances, including changes in migration regulations or requirements set by relevant authorities.
• Clients must disclose their English language ability before commencing our services. If the client fails to meet the required English language level, refunds will not apply.
• Refunds are performance-based and will not be issued if the client decides not to continue the application before a final decision.

Varun Consultants is not responsible for the time taken to process the application once received by the governing body and cannot guarantee final decisions on a case.
